Excellent quality, service and delivery. I weigh 50kg and it was hard to find a mattress in Germany for people in this category. I have broad shoulders and the Naturalatex Sana Ortho soft is perfect for me. I changed to the Klima Bezug after finding out the Hygiene one made me feel warmer (which is common with a latex mattress). The exchange was easy and the service team couldn’t have been more helpful. The Klima Bezug has camel hair in it - the service team said some people complain about the smell but I air the bed daily and don’t notice any smell and it’s definitely cooler to sleep on. I also then bought the Nackenstützkissen Sana Vario 3 (it comes with extra Latex cut outs so you can get the perfect height and both ends of the pillow have variable heights giving you additional options. No more shoulder or neck pain! Thanks so much for the quality of your natural healthy products.
We received last week a broken bank as part of 'capri' gardenset. I immediately contacted the customer reclamation service. One week later still no response. By phone not answering (automatic reply that says out of working hours????). Could you please take contact. Order A-23-482041.
Hugely disappointing. I tried to purchase a mattress but the company refused to sell. There must be a reason clearly!
I completed a form on their website in order to be advised on which would have been the best mattress for my needs. They replied saying that my bed was not suitable for the mattress BUT did ask whether they could help somehow.
Then I replied and said that I would have been very happy to consider their advice on which bed I should have had; even more, I said that i would have considered to buy their beds in order to achieve the best result for my bed-time.
At this stage they become very dismissive and did not give any recommendation. There was a back and forth of email but it was like crashing on a wall.
Oh yes, at the end they said that logistically would have been a problem to send the item in Italy... it was stated from stage one that I am in Italy. why not saying it earlier? clearly they are not "open" to sell to everyone
Great experience and overall communication. When I experienced troubles with my account they answered quickly and helped out competently.
The duvets are perfect and I would definitely buy there again!
Ordered a mattress online. It came after 5 weeks. Good communication via email and the mattress is absolutely great. Lots of comfort and support. Would recommend for sure!
DELIVERY AFTER 3 MONTHS AND CONTINUOUS CALLS
We ordered and paid for two blankets on 13.07.
They sent the products to us on 12.08, and I indicated on the same day that I can't take the package for two weeks, because I am on holiday (which I think is not an extreme case). Client service said, it's no problem, they'll inform the deliverer.
The product arrived on 14.08, and was sent back to Allnatura before I arrived home.
The package stood for weeks in a warehouse somewhere, because Allnatura did not contact the delivery service and I as receiver could do nothing. I called client service at least weekly, and had to tell them the whole story over and over again. They were nice and always promised, that I have nothing to do, but to wait and I will receive it in a few days. But it never came. They didn't answer to emails, so I had nothing in written form only empty promises from the calls. The case did not move at all and I did not believe that we will ever receive the product (there was no possibility to escalate the case). But I kept calling weekly.
The product finally arrived on 20.10.
"3 months to receive an item...no money and no delivery yet."
UPDATE:
Order arrived.
The item took around four months to arrive, since allnatura apparently lost a lot of time "searching for the lost item" instead of shipping immediately a replacement as soon as they received confirmation from the shipping company, that the first item got incorrectly delivered. After "locating" the item they simply did not ship it for around another month for unexplained reasons.
Furthermore, an incredible bad service from the customer service, unable to directly address and solve the problem or even getting me in touch with any person in charge of the shipping. A customer service that replied to any of my request for explanation with the sentence "we will contact you" for never calling back. Endless calls and email exchange for a mediocre quality item in the end.
I bought a summer duvet, it's great quality and super good material. I recommend!
